Warranty conditions

We provide an additional warranty for glass repair and replacement services, which remains valid until the service purchaser transfers the vehicle to a new owner.

All glass comes with a two-year warranty that covers manufacturing and material defects, including:

  • optics,

  • lamination,

  • dimensions, and curvature.

Warranty exclusions for glass and installation services

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • if the car’s windshield frame is rusty or has defective paint or lacquer coating,

  • if the glass is shattered due to mechanical impact,

  • if there are visible mechanical damages or scratches on the glass,

  • if the glass is damaged due to improper use of the vehicle,

  • if the glass is damaged due to body deformation or manufacturing defects of the vehicle body,

  • if the glass is damaged in a major car accident,

  • if the vehicle was used in races or training sessions,

  • if the glass has simply worn out over time.

We will do everything to ensure that you are satisfied with our services. However, if any problems arise, we will strive to resolve them as quickly as possible.
