What do you need to know when booking a windscreen repair, replacement or calibration service from Carglass®?

We recommend having your vehicle registration certificate on hand.
When you contact Carglass®, we will ask you:
– what is your car’s license plate number?
– what is your vehicle identification number – VIN (vehicle identification number)?

If you have CASCO or vehicle glass insurance, when contacting Carglass®, we will ask you:
– which insurance company do you have an insurance policy with?
– have you already registered a glass damage incident with the insurance company?
– what is your damage case number, if you have already registered the incident?
