Service Agreement
The contractual terms for the automobile glass repair and replacement services we provide are as follows:
- The automobile glass repair and/or replacement work is performed based on the terms set forth in the agreement.
- The contract is concluded between you, the vehicle owner, and us.
- You voluntarily agree to pay us according to the invoice issued for services ordered by you or your representative.
- If your vehicle is insured under a comprehensive insurance policy (kasko), you may need to pay a deductible. The exact deductible amount is indicated in your insurance policy. If you have not paid the deductible amount, it must be paid no later than when the glass repair or replacement is completed, unless otherwise agreed.
- If your insurance company refuses to pay for the services and/or goods we provided to you, including cases where we have informed you on behalf of the insurance company that they would reimburse you, you are still required to pay the invoice we provided.
- Unless otherwise clearly agreed, the payment form is an advance payment. Until you have fully and properly fulfilled your obligations, you are not entitled to the services and/or goods.
- We always strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, if you are dissatisfied or wish to file a complaint about our services, please call the customer service number at 8 700 800 80 or inform the customer service department at UAB “Euroglass”, Ukmergės g. 427, 14185 Vilnius, or send an email to: kokybe@carglass.lv.
- You confirm that your vehicle was inspected together with you before we started the work, and the damages listed on the work order match reality.
