What do we do?
We carefully solve customer problems related to vehicle glass damage, contributing to safe driving.
Our technicians, the only ones in Lithuania, are accredited by IMI (Institute of the Motor Industry). The IMI certificate confirms that the technician’s competence meets high industry standards. Carglass® specialists replace front, side, rear, panoramic windows for cars of different brands. Only glass that meets the manufacturer’s (Original Equipment Manufacturer or OEM) standards is used for installation. In all Carglass® customer service centers, we perform ADAS calibration with certified equipment following the instructions of the car manufacturer. We not only replace windshields, but also repair them, thus supporting the increasingly popular ecological and economical thinking.
In order to always offer our customers the latest and most modern glass repair and replacement services, Belron® established the Belron Technical® innovation center, which develops new technologies, work tools and training programs. So we can guarantee that the work will be carried out in the same way everywhere and according to the same standards. There are three important tools used in our daily work:
Ezi-Wire, or glass removal kit – the technician removes the glass with special equipment without using a knife.
1-TEK, or glass installation kit – the technician can install the glass alone, without the help of others, in addition, this kit can be used when performing work at customer sites and locations.
ART® – an advanced chip repair kit, which is used only by companies representing the Carglass® brand.
